"During the past year, we worked with Dr. Walters to develop a strategic plan for the Department of Neurology at the University of Miami.   We reviewed various resources and decided to work with Dr. Walters.  This was a great decision! 


"Finances at the University limited our budget.   But Dr. Walters developed an approach that both worked and kept us  well within budget by his using electronic communication through most of the process.   Jim would join in all our leadership meetings via conference call but be on-site and facilitate the process launch and the final work session.  Using that approach, we began the process in Oct, 2008 and successfully launched the completed strategic plan in July, 2009.
